Dominion is administered by a dynamic and well-seasoned management team, which has an average of over 20 years of experience in the managed care dental industry.

Background summaries of the senior staff are listed below:

Mike Davis, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mike has overall responsibility for all of Dominion’s administrative, claims, marketing and IS areas.   He is a founder of the company with 20 years of experience in the local dental industry.  Prior to Dominion, Mike served in various executive positions with MIDA Dental Plans, a successful DHMO in the Mid-Atlantic region. His responsibilities included the supervision of Sales and Service in eight states.

Lori Hayes, Vice President of Professional Services
Lori has 18 years of local experience in dental network development and maintenance.  Her work history includes service as the Provider Relations Coordinator for MIDA Dental Plans in the State of Virginia.  She currently directs the expansion and maintenance of Dominion’s dentist networks in four states.

Kara Greenhouse, CPA, Vice President of Accounting and Compliance
Kara is a CPA with over 20 years of healthcare finance experience including 10 years in healthcare as Assistant Corporate Controller at Principal Health Care and as Director of Accounting at Suburban Hospital.  Kara performed SEC compliance/reporting work in the telecommunications industry prior to joining Dominion. She currently oversees the company's accounting and compliance activities.

Ann Quinlan, Vice President of Operations
Ann has over 25 years of dental and employee benefits experience. She has served as Assistant Vice President for national health and dental carriers, including Cigna Dental Health, Dental Benefit Providers, and UnitedHealthcare Dental. She was also CEO/Owner of an independent life and health brokerage firm. She currently oversees claims, member services, IT, IS and group administration.

Charles Brody, Vice President of Business Development
Charles has over 25 years of industry experience and has managed the launch of ancillary product lines for major health carriers including Premera Blue Cross (Seattle, Wa.) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. He is responsible for leading Dominion’s current and new strategic alliance partnerships and also plays a vital role in the company’s product development and healthcare reform legislation efforts. 

Rob Trachman, Vice President of Sales and Service
Rob has over 20 years of industry experience and has been a Vice President of Commercial Sales and Vice President of Product Development with regional and national health insurance companies and a Senior Partner with a local brokerage.He is responsible for leading Dominion’s new commercial group sales growth, as well as existing group service and retention efforts.

Wayne Silverman, D.D.S, Dental Director 
Dr. Silverman has more than 30 years of consulting, teaching and private practice experience. He helps design and review Dominion’s plans, policies and administrative procedures. He is also an associate professor of restorative dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
